  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened beauty products, oils, or personal-care items.

Return process

  1. Contact our support team at support@takehair.shop with your order number.

  2. If your return is approved, we will provide the return address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  4. Once the package is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
